Supply Desk, working in partnership with local schools in Borehamwood, is looking to recruit passionate and committed 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants. RequirementsPrevious experience in a school support role (desirable but not essential)
Knowledge of SEN strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning needs
Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
Flexibility to adapt to different school settings and SEND environments across Borehamwood
