Supply Desk, working in partnership with local schools in Borehamwood, is looking to recruit passionate and committed 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants. Requirements
  • Previous experience in a school support role (desirable but not essential)

  • Knowledge of SEN strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning needs

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff

  • Flexibility to adapt to different school settings and SEND environments across Borehamwood
