RequirementsExperience in a support role within a school (desirable but not essential)
Knowledge of SEN strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, learning disabilities, and other needs
Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills
Patience, empathy, and ability to build positive, meaningful relationships with students and staff
Flexibility to adapt across different school settings and SEN environments
