Supply Desk, in partnership with local schools in Radlett, is seeking passionate and dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistants to join our team. Requirements
  • Experience in a school-based support role (desirable but not essential)

  • Knowledge of SEN strategies to support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning needs

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and behaviour management skills

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive, meaningful relationships with students and staff

  • Flexibility to adapt across different school settings and SEND environments in Radlett
