Are you an experienced 360 Excavator Operator?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for a skilled 360 Operator to join a professional and growing construction services company. This is a site-based contract role requiring a reliable, safety-conscious individual who can work independently and as part of a wider team. You will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and productivity on site.

Qualifications

Essential:
andbull; CPCS/NPORS 360 Excavator Ticket

andbull; Previous groundwork experience
andbull; Valid CSCS Card

Desirable:
andbull; Lifting Ops (CPCS A59C)

Roles andamp; Responsibilities

andbull; Operate a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on site
andbull; Carry out tasks such as digging, grading, trenching, and lifting (if qualified)
andbull; Conduct daily machine checks and report any defects promptly
andbull; Work closely with groundworkers and site teams to complete tasks
andbull; Follow site plans and instructions from supervisors
andbull; Maintain high standards of health andamp; safety at all times
andbull; Ensure work is completed to deadlines and project specifications
andbull; Keep work areas tidy and safe

Requirements

As a 360 Operator, you will also be expected to:
andbull; Be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times
andbull; Demonstrate good communication skills on site
andbull; Have a strong awareness of health andamp; safety procedures
andbull; Be flexible with working hours when required
andbull; Provide references from previous employment
