andnbsp;We are currently working with an independentandnbsp;recruiter who have been established for many years and theyandnbsp;have more than 40 branches around the UK andandnbsp;recruit into many sectors.andnbsp;Due to my client securing some large contracts in their Industrialandnbsp;division they are nowandnbsp;looking to hire a 360 Recruitment Consultant to joinandnbsp;their busy, friendly andnbsp;teamandnbsp;in their Doncaster branch.

Their Recruitment consultants play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth of the business through the provision of staffing to clients focused on quality, continuity and reliability, consultantsandnbsp;are responsible for a variety of duties within the business,andnbsp;buildingandnbsp;long-lasting relationships with your candidatesandnbsp;and clients. You will be working as part of a smallandnbsp;andnbsp;team to provide the best recruitment experience to both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate cn recruit into either the temps or perms sector within their specialist sector

The main duties of aandnbsp;Recruiterandnbsp;include:
andbull; Act as primary client contact to clientsandnbsp;in the area
andbull; Proactively pursue new business opportunities and manage sales leads.
andbull; Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
andbull; Prepare applicant profiles for client consideration,andnbsp;maintain client relationships and deal with all compliance
andbull; Conduct outreach to potential clients and build relationships to promote brand.
andbull; Meet/exceed set targets, including financial goals, and report to Branch Manager.
andbull; Ensure compliance with employmentandnbsp;regulations, contractual obligations and legislation.
andbull; Maintain accurate records of workers, clients, and service users.
andbull; Follow company management systems, payroll and recruitment procedures.
andbull; Promote equal opportunities, handle complaints, and adhere to health and safety legislation.
andbull; Demonstrate my clientsandnbsp;values in all aspects of the role and undertake additional duties as needed.
What theyandnbsp;are looking for in a successful candidate:
andbull; A full UK driving license is essential
andbull; A passion for business development and a proven 360 Recruitment Consultant who has a proven track record as a 360 recruiterandnbsp;
andbull; Demonstrated experience in a similar role perms or temps
andbull; A confident telephone manner
andbull; Excellent communication both written and verbal; strong attention to detail
andbull; Must be self-motivated, working as part of a team and autonomously
andbull; Knowledge ofandnbsp; perms or tempsandnbsp;isandnbsp;essential within the recruitment industry
