The Opportunity:
They areandnbsp;seeking an experiencedandnbsp; Senior Recruiter to join theirandnbsp;business to work closely withandnbsp; the team.
The Core objectives of the role are to;

1. Undertake a hands-on 360 recruitment role withinandnbsp; the temps Industrial/ Manufacturing sectorand#39;sandnbsp;
2. Become recognised as the go recruiter within your region and sector
3. Rapidly grow your career toandnbsp;Divisional Manager and onwards to Associate Director
4. Recruit and build your ownandnbsp; team around you in the future andandnbsp;become recognised as a top leader.

The Person:

• My client would love to speak with experienced 360andnbsp; Senior Recruitment Consultants or Recruitment Consultants who have at leastandnbsp; two years plusandnbsp;experience in a 360 Recruitment role within an agency environment
• Experience within the fast moving industrial/manufacturing temps sector
• Strong new business development experience and skills
• Confident in embracing leading edge technologies.
• Highly motivated and career driven individual whoand#39;d like to quickly progress within their recruitment career
