Job Description
Thorn Bakerandrsquo;s Facilities Management division is looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to start or develop your career in recruitment. Initially, youandrsquo;ll support the team by sourcing high-quality temporary and permanent cleaning staff across the UK. As you grow in the role, youandrsquo;ll progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position, including B2B sales and client management responsibilities.
What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing
andbull; Build and develop strong relationships with existing client accounts
andbull; Act as the main point of contact, ensuring excellent service delivery
andbull; Coordinate recruitment activity to meet workforce requirements
andbull; Work closely with consultants to fill vacancies efficiently
andbull; Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
andbull; Attend client meetings and site visits when required
andbull; Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates
