Description

  • Process and manage accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update records of invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing reports and financial documentation as required.
  • Support the Accounting andamp; Finance team with project-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely payment processing.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department.

Profile

  • Experience in accounts payable or a similar role within Finance.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A background in accounting or finance is advantageous.
