Coventry | Full Time | Office Based
Salary: andpound;25,000 andndash; andpound;28,000 DOE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join a well established and growing professional services business based in Coventry city centre.
This role offers the chance to become part of a friendly, collaborative office environment where you will play a key role supporting a busy team with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks. The position would suit someone who enjoys variety in their role, takes pride in keeping things organised and thrives in a professional office environment.
The Role
As part of the administration team, you will support the smooth running of the office and assist various departments with day-to-day operational tasks. The role is varied and requires someone who is organised, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
andbull; Maintaining online systems and portals ensuring information is kept up to date
andbull; Completing supplier documentation and assisting with compliance paperwork
andbull; Supporting the preparation of documentation and reports
andbull; Assisting with HR and health andamp; safety administration
andbull; Supporting the organisation of company events and internal activities
andbull; Assisting with tender documentation and general project administration
andbull; Booking travel and accommodation for staff when required
andbull; Answering and directing incoming calls
andbull; Managing incoming and outgoing post
andbull; Coordinating meeting rooms and internal diaries
andbull; Welcoming visitors and providing a professional front-of-house experience
andbull; Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems
andbull; Supporting the upkeep of internal procedures and documentation
andbull; Providing general administrative support across the business
