Administrator - Glasgow
-24,500 | Monday to friday| Full-Time

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy and growing team based in Glasgow city centre.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a vibrant, bubbly personality who enjoys working with people and being part of a sociable, fast-paced office environment.

The Role:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support across the team
  • Handling client queries via phone and email
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Assisting with general office coordination and processes
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous administrative experience
  • A confident, outgoing and personable individual
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with clients
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Someone who will bring energy to the team and fit into a lively office environment
