Job Description
Our electronics client is currently looking for an administrator to join their busy Southampton team.
This an excellent opportunity to join a growing and exciting company company in a position that offers a lot of variation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in any of the following areas, administration, production co-ordinator, shipping, customer service, project management or recruitment.
The day-to-day duties will include:
- Tracking parts and ensuring they arrive on time
- Tracking parts through the factory
- Ordering new equipment and parts-
- Speaking to customers-
- Speaking to freight and shipping companies to ensure products are packaged and sent on time
- Running a range of other projects-
This position will also involve meeting and greeting new guests and setting a good impression of the company.
Salary:
-26,000p/a - -30,000p/a-
Hours:
37.5hrs per week
Our client can be flexible in terms of hours work, for example,-
06:30am - 14:30pm or 08:00am - 16:00pm would both be fine in this role.
