Job Title: Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Salary: -15-17.00 per hour

The Role:
This is a busy and varied administrative role where you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations. You will be the first point of contact for customers while coordinating works for site-based teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking inbound calls and logging jobs from customers
  • Booking appointments and scheduling works with engineers/site operatives
  • Allocating work efficiently to field staff
  • Raising invoices with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Sending out quotes and estimates
  • Managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience (ideally in a fast-paced environment)
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Good attention to detail, particularly when handling invoices and quotes
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • SAGE experience would be of benefit
