Job Title: Administrator (Temp to Perm)

Salary: -15-17.00 per hour

The Role:
This is a busy and varied administrative role where you will play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations. You will be the first point of contact for customers while coordinating works for site-based teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls and logging jobs from customers
- Booking appointments and scheduling works with engineers/site operatives
- Allocating work efficiently to field staff
- Raising invoices with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Sending out quotes and estimates
- Managing multiple tasks and working to deadlines
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience (ideally in a fast-paced environment)
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Good attention to detail, particularly when handling invoices and quotes
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- A proactive and positive attitude
- SAGE experience would be of benefit
