Full time Administrator position based in Leamington Spa working for a prestigious law firm. This role offers 1 day per week at home hybrid working.

My client is a well known law firm based in Leamington Spa looking for an Administrator to join their expanding team.

Description

  • Provide administrative support to the fee earners.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling and preparing meeting materials.
  • Handle incoming communications and distribute them to the appropriate team members.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
  • Uphold high standards of organisation and efficiency in all responsibilities.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the team.
  • An understanding of working within a professional services environment is advantageous.
  • Can commute to Leamington Spa.
