• WCA Practitioner:andnbsp;andpound;45,500 andndash; andpound;47,500

• Approval Bonus:andnbsp;andpound;2,150 (paid post-training)
• Annual Bonus:andnbsp;Up to 10% performance bonus

Youandrsquo;ll assess adult claimants, reviewing how physical, mental, and cognitive conditions affect daily living, and produce clear, objective clinical reports.

What Youandrsquo;ll Do:

• Completeandnbsp;clinical assessmentsandnbsp;(video, telephone, or face-to-face)
• Evaluate how conditions impactandnbsp;function and daily activities
• Review medical evidence and produceandnbsp;structured, evidence-based reports
• Work within aandnbsp;multi-disciplinary clinical team
• Use modern systems designed forandnbsp;accuracy and consistency
• No treatment, prescribing, or manual handling andndash; this is aandnbsp;specialist clinical assessment role.

Training andamp; Support:

• 6andndash;12 weeksandnbsp;full-time, paid training.

Please note: no annual leave can be taken during the first 6 weeks of training.

Essential Criteria You must have:

• Active UK registration asandnbsp;RGN / RMN / RNLD / Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist / Paramedic / Pharmacist
• 12+ monthsandnbsp;post-registration experience in anandnbsp;adult clinical setting
• Strong IT and report-writing ability
• Clean registration withandnbsp;NMC / HCPC / GPhC
