Job Description
My client are a national tunnelling andamp; civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Appointed Person-to help manage lifting operations on-a large tunnelling and civils package-that will last up to 18 months.-
Appointed Person-Responsibilities:-
- -Producing detailed, written risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for every lift.
- Choosing the suitable crane and lifting accessories based on the load and site constraints
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are-followed at all times.-
- Maintaining comprehensive records, including lift plans and equipment inspection certificates.
Appointed Person Requirements:-
- CPCS A61/A62.-
- NPORS Appointed Person-
- SMSTS or SSSTS beneficial, not essential.-
- TWS or TWC beneficial, not essential.-
- IT literate.-
- Full UK driving licence.
