Konker is working with a residential design practice that is seeking an Architectural Technician to join their growing team, supporting the delivery of high-quality residential working drawing packages for leading national and regional housebuilders.
They work with some of the UKandrsquo;s major developers and pride themselves on delivering accurate, responsive and thoroughly considered design packages.

You will be responsible for producing detailed construction and working drawing packages for residential developments, including:

You will be responsible for producing detailed construction and working drawing packages for residential developments, including:
- Standard and bespoke housing types
- Apartment / flat schemes
- Technical detailing and construction packages
- Working closely with volume housebuilder clients
- Minimum 5 yearsandrsquo; experience in residential working drawings / technical delivery
- Strong experience working with volume housebuilders
- Knowledge of both standard and bespoke house / flat design
- Excellent technical detailing and construction drawing ability
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Revit experience beneficial but not essential
- Salary: andpound;28,000 andndash; andpound;38,000 depending on experience
- Performance Bonus: Annual Christmas bonus
- Holiday: 20 days + bank holidays plus Christmas shutdown (normally 3 additional days)
- Hybrid Working: After successful completion of 4-month probation (2 days WFH)
