This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined RIBA chartered practice who provide award winning design services to commercial and residential projects across the North West. They are on the lookout for a talented and proactive Architectural Technologist to join their team in their Sheffield studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

• Work alongside a multidisciplined design team and provide technical design solutions to the project
• Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
• Submit planning and building regulation applications
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality and compliance is met
• Provide architectural design services and project management to commercial projects

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• Degree within Architectural Technology
• Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit
• Experience working on projects within the commercial sector
• Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong technical and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Sheffield area
