Golden Fox Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy due to continued growth in the Midlands, they are now looking to appoint an Asbestos Surveyor to support projects across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor who wants to develop their technical capability, work on complex sites and progress their career within a structured and well-supported organisation.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality asbestos surveying services across a portfolio ofandnbsp;projects.

Key duties of an Asbestos Surveyor include:

• Completing Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in line with HSG264
• Working exclusively on commercial and industrial buildings, including offices, manufacturing sites and large-scale facilities
• Sampling and recording asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) accurately
• Producing detailed technical survey reports
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with UKAS procedures and health andamp; safety standards

About You

To be considered, you will need:

• BOHS P402 qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of asbestos legislation and HSG264
• Confidence working on complex and regulated sites
• A full UK driving licence
