My Client, a specialist Geoenvironmental and Flood Risk Management Consultancy, is searching for an Assistant Flood Risk Consultant to join their team in Bradford. andnbsp; andnbsp;

You will join a growing team of Flood Risk Consultants who specialise in flood risk appraisals and due diligence for Property Developers, Insurance Companies and Commercial Clients across the UK. andnbsp;

As an Assistant Flood Risk Consultant you will be a key part of the friendly and supportive team, providing advice to Clients to identify cost-effective solutions to mitigate flood risk and ensure sites adhered to statutory requirements, prior to purchase. andnbsp;andnbsp;

You will be trained and supported to complete;

Risk assessments

Targeting flood mitigation strategies

Flood risk assessments

Flood risk appraisals and pre-acquisition due diligence.

GIS Mapping

Drainage strategiesandnbsp;

Mitigation strategies and provide advice, prior to purchase. andnbsp;

You will also have the chance in the upcoming months to be involved in hydraulic modelling and drainage design.andnbsp;

Candidates are required to have an academic background in Flood Risk Management, Environmental Management or Civil Engineering and experience working for a UK based Consultancy completing flood risk assessments. andnbsp;

A keen interest in GIS, drainage and ground investigations is also required.andnbsp;
