Assistant Site Manager
Job Description
Albion Search are currently working with a regional house builder who are looking to appoint an Assistant Site Manager for a residential development in Grimsby.
The ideal candidate will have experience with house building sites, understand how to deliver plots to be ready for CML's and be a good "boots on the ground" as part of the wider site team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- H&S
- Ensuring CML's
- Customer Care
- Overseeing snag sheets
- Assisting the Site Manager with daily tasks
- Driving quality
- Helping with inductions
You must have a valid and in date SMSTS and CSCS card.
