Position: Assistant Support Worker
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: -25,506 per annum
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Join our compassionate and collaborative team at Grove Garden Studios, where we support adults with learning disabilities to live confidently and independently in their own homes. Our service features 14 self-contained flats and a friendly community offering activities and day opportunities.

The Role

• Support with medication and provide personal care with dignity
• Encourage daily living skills: cooking, cleaning, shopping and budgeting
• Organise local activities and promote independence
• Build positive, trusting relationships
• Follow personalised support plans and risk assessments

You will help create an environment where everyone feels included, respected and empowered to achieve their goals.

A Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
