Associate Director / Associate Building Surveyor

A growing independent Building Consultancy in Glasgow is looking to appoint an Associate or Associate Director level Chartered Building Surveyor as part of its continued expansion.

This is a genuinely important hire for the business and an excellent opportunity for someone who wants more visibility, influence and long term progression within a collaborative consultancy environment.

Youandrsquo;ll work closely with the Directors across a broad mix of project and professional Building Surveying instructions while helping support the next phase of the businessandrsquo;s growth.

What youandrsquo;ll be doing
andbull; Managing a varied portfolio of Building Surveying instructions
andbull; Delivering project management and contract administration work
andbull; Undertaking dilapidations, TDD, defect analysis and planned maintenance instructions
andbull; Managing client relationships and delivering high quality technical advice
andbull; Supporting junior surveyors and APC candidates
andbull; Playing a visible role within a growing consultancy team

andbull; MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
andbull; Strong consultancy background
andbull; Experience across project and professional Building Surveying work
andbull; Comfortable managing instructions independently
andbull; Strong client facing and report writing skills
andbull; Collaborative mindset with leadership potential

Salary andamp; benefits
andbull; andpound;60,000 to andpound;75,000+ depending on level
