As an Associate Structural Engineer, you will take ownership of significant projects from concept through to completion, overseeing technical delivery while managing and mentoring a talented team of engineers and technicians. You'll be heavily involved in client liaison, project strategy, financial performance and business development, making this an ideal role for someone looking to further establish themselves as a leader within the industry.

The successful candidate will have a proven background delivering complex structural engineering schemes and will be comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams within a fast-paced consultancy environment. Strong commercial awareness, project management capability and the ability to build lasting client relationships are essential. You will ideally be Chartered, or close to achieving Chartership, with excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
