Attendance Officer andndash; The Role
A school in Croydon is looking for an experienced Attendance Officer to join their team immediately. The successful candidate will have at least 3 yearsandrsquo; experience in school attendance, be confident using MIS systems (BromCom), and have strong knowledge of attendance procedures, codes, and related safeguarding practices. You will monitor attendance data, liaise with students, parents, and staff, and support the pastoral team in promoting excellent attendance.

This is a full-time permanent role with an actual salary of andpound;28,067 to andpound;29,752 (Grade 5, Outer London), with additional benefits including pension, wellbeing support, and performance-related bonuses.
