Dough Production Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dough Production Specialist to join a fast-paced continuous manufacturing environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled bakery professional who thrives on maintaining high-quality standards, driving operational excellence, and supporting team development.

You will play a key role in managing live fermented dough systems, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional product quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Responsibilities
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Manage live fermented dough systems within a continuous manufacturing environment over multiple days.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Maintain output, quality, and consistency across the production line to ensure daily production plans are achieved.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Ensure all products meet QAS standards for weight, size, bake profile, and overall appearance.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Identify, highlight, and communicate production issues promptly while liaising with management where required.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Monitor dough performance and make adjustments to maintain optimum production efficiency.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Support smooth day-to-day bakery operations while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Team Development andamp; Leadership
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Coach and mentor team members on dough production and dough management techniques.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Support cross-training initiatives to improve flexibility and knowledge sharing within the production team.

Continuous Improvement
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within dough production and production line operations.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Lead or contribute to improvement projects that enhance efficiency, consistency, and product quality.

Product Development Support
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Assist with future new product development projects that utilise bakery and baking expertise.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Work collaboratively with operational and development teams to trial and implement new products.

Skills andamp; Experience Required
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Proven experience working with fermented dough systems in a bakery manufacturing environment.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Strong understanding of dough handling, fermentation, and baking processes.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced production environment.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;Experience mentoring or training team members is highly desirable.
andbull;andnbsp;andnbsp; andnbsp;A proactive mindset with a focus on quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
