About the Role
This is a hands-on customer-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, positive environment and has a genuine passion for wellness. Youandrsquo;ll be making coffees, smoothies, and organic juices,andnbsp;welcoming customers, keeping the space clean and beautiful, and contributing to a high-quality, uplifting customer experience.

What Youandrsquo;ll Do

• Prepare and serve barista-style coffee, matcha, teas, andandnbsp;juices to a high standard

• Provide warm, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shift

• Work collaboratively with the team to keep the space running smoothly

• Represent theandnbsp;brand and values

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Barista experience (coffeeandnbsp;skills essential, matcha experience a bonus!)

• A love for healthy living, vibrant food, and natural wellness

• A friendly, helpful attitude and confidence engaging with customers

• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

• Reliability and flexibility with availability (including weekends)

• The ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment

• Food hygiene training (preferred, but not essential andndash; can be provided)
