The Role - Behaviour Mentor
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide targeted support to KS1 and KS2 pupils who require help managing their behaviour, emotions, and engagement in learning. Working on a 1:1 basis and with small groups, you will encourage positive behaviour, build trusting relationships, and help pupils develop confidence both in and out of the classroom. You will work closely with teachers and the SEN team to deliver behaviour strategies and individual support plans. The ideal candidate will be resilient, proactive, and have previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural or SEMH needs.
