What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

We are seeking passionate Behaviour Mentors who:

  • Have experience supporting children or young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges, SEMH needs, or additional learning needs

  • Are committed to promoting positive behaviour and improving outcomes for vulnerable students

  • Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and strong relationship-building skills

  • Hold relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential) andmdash; your passion and commitment matter most

Your Role as a Behaviour Mentor:

In Rickmansworth schools, you will:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group behavioural support

  • Implement behaviour intervention strategies

  • Support students in managing emotions and developing coping strategies

  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams

  • Help create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
