We are seeking passionate Behaviour Mentors who:
Have experience supporting children or young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges, SEMH needs, or additional learning needs
Are committed to promoting positive behaviour and improving outcomes for vulnerable students
Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and strong relationship-building skills
Hold relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential) andmdash; your passion and commitment matter most
In St Albans schools, you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group behavioural support
Implement behaviour intervention strategies
Support students in managing emotions and developing coping strategies
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
Help create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment
