BREEAM Assessor

My Client, a market leading sustainability and building services consultancy, based in Milton Keynes is searching for a BREEAM Assessor (BREEAM AP qualified) to join their friendly team. andnbsp;You will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis. andnbsp;andnbsp;

As a BREEAM Assessor you will be expected to complete;

• BREEAM Assessments for RIBA stages 1-4 (pre-planning to construction phases).
• Ensure documentation is BRE Complaint. andnbsp;
• Manage numerous BREEAM Assessments at various stages throughout RIBA Stages 1-4. andnbsp;andnbsp;

You may also have the chance to complete;

• Whole Life Carbon Assessments.
• Life Cycle Assessments using OneClick LCA. andnbsp;
• Sustainability Statements.
• Energy Modelling.
• You can also progress to mentor and manage staff. andnbsp;

As a BREEAM Assessor, you are expected to have experience working for a UK based Consultancy and ideally be based close to Milton Keynes as you will be required to work from the office on a hybrid basis. andnbsp;

You will be expected to have an MSc or BSc in a relevant discipline (e.g. Environmental Management, Energy, Sustainable Engineering) and BREEAM AP qualified. andnbsp;

You will also have experience completing or assisting with BREEAM Assessments, Whole Life Carbon Assessments and sustainability statements. andnbsp;

Candidates are also required to have a passion for delivering sustainable solutions for eco-friendly buildings from pre-planning stage to construction phase and be confident to advise clients on environmental impacts and energy efficiency. andnbsp;

It is also beneficial for applicants to have a professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIBSE or similar) and have an interest in Energy Modelling. andnbsp;
