10 meetings in London per year - fully expensed with no overnight stay required
Salary - -55k - -90k DOE-

This is an established Consultancy who are looking to add to their team. This is a result of ongoing success, so you would be joining a thriving team too with the pressure to win new work in a new job.-

The range of projects will keep you engaged - there's hospitals, hotels, flat blocks, retail clients, industrial, HRBs, leisure stadiums.-

You will work with these clients at the design phase of construction, attending design team meetings and planning meetings to advise all aspects of Building Control regulations and the Building Safety Act.

You must have a working knowledge of Building Control Regulations with experience beyond domestic projects. However, if there are types of projects you haven't worked on, training is available too.-

Given the range of projects available this role is open to any RBI registered and experienced in projects from 2D - 3H (or with extensive Building Control experience but has not registered).

Since this consultancy are a registered RBCA as well, you will be able to maintain your registration or even increase you registration level. So you increase your long term career options, benefit from progression and have the buy in from clients that you are proven expert in your field.
