The roleYouandrsquo;ll be involved in a broad mix of work, including:

Housing disrepair surveys and reporting

Specification writing for refurbishment and maintenance schemes

Contract administration across small to mediumand#8209;scale projects

Supporting Housing, Local Authority and Education clients

Ideally contributing with AutoCAD experience to support design and technical outputs

A background in Building Surveying, ideally with experience in the public or residential sectors

Strong technical reporting and specification writing skills

Confidence managing projects and liaising with clients and contractors

A proactive, organised approach and a genuine interest in improving the built environment

Salary between andpound;35,000 and andpound;45,000 depending on experience
