Youandrsquo;ll work across a wide range of Commercial, Education, Healthcare, and Public Sector projects, gaining exposure to both professional and projectand#8209;based building surveying duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking inspections, surveys, and condition assessments

• Preparing detailed reports, specifications, and tender documentation

• Assisting with project management and contract administration

• Supporting senior colleagues on complex commissions while managing your own workload independently

• Delivering professional services such as dilapidations, party wall, and landlord andamp; tenant matters

• Contributing to client relationships and maintaining high standards of service delivery

Youandrsquo;ll be a proactive, technically capable Building Surveyor who thrives under minimal supervision and enjoys working on varied projects.

Weandrsquo;re looking for:

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline

• Progressing towards MRICS qualification (APC support provided)

• Strong technical and reportand#8209;writing skills

• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and clientand#8209;facing skills
