I-am-currently-working-with-a-client-who-is-on-the-lookout-for-an-interim-to-come-onboard-for-

an-initial-6-month-period.

Work-may-change-but-currently,-the-condition-surveys-have-already-been-

completed-so-they-are-on-the-lookout-for-someone-to-help-put-the-

projects-out-to-tender,-sort-activity-schedules,-planning-

applications,-liaise-with-the-Building-Control-team-and-undertake-

drawings-on-AutoCAD.-(You-do-not-need-to-be-an-expert-on-AutoCAD)

Interviews-will-be-taking-place-this-week,-with-a-view-to-someone-

starting-next-week-or-the-week-after.

This-will-require-1-day-on-site-and-this-could-rise-to-2-days-come-the-summer-period.

This-role-will-fall-inside-IR35-with-a-rate-of35-42-per-hour-depending-on-what-the-client-

is-able-to-get-signed-off.
