What youandrsquo;ll be doing day-to-day as theandnbsp;Business Development Recruitment Consultant:
  • Building a new client pipeline through proactive outreach, networking and market mapping

  • Winning and managing relationships across a range of sectors focusing on commercial recruitmentandnbsp;

  • Running a full 360 process: client meetings, role briefs, sourcing, qualifying, shortlisting, offersandnbsp;

  • Staying consistent with activity: calls, meetings, follow-ups and momentumandnbsp;

As theandnbsp;Business Development Recruitment Consultantandnbsp;youandrsquo;ll bring:
  • Experience in business development, account management or 360 recruitment

  • Confidence selling a service to the B2B market

  • A background that could include lettings, estate agency, or agency recruitment

  • Strong communication, commercial judgement, and the resilience to build from scratch

  • Confidence using a CRM and strong organisationandnbsp;
