As a Capstan Setter/Operator, you know the difference between running a machineandhellip; and actually doing the job.
If youandrsquo;ve ended up just loading and pressing go, youandrsquo;ll know how frustrating that gets.
This Capstan Setter/Operator role is much more hands on.
Itandrsquo;s a smaller company, so youandrsquo;re not lost in the background. As a Capstan Setter/Operator, youandrsquo;ll be setting and running your own Ward 2D capstan lathes and getting on with it.
There are a handful of people on site. Two machinists, with support across dispatch, materials and inspection. Itandrsquo;s steady, everyone knows what theyandrsquo;re doing, and youandrsquo;re left to do your job.
Theyandrsquo;re looking for a Capstan Setter/Operator who is confident and competent. Someone who doesnandrsquo;t need watching over.
Hours are 39 per week, usually 6am to 3pm. Thereandrsquo;s some flexibility if needed. Overtime is there at time and a third.
Pay is hourly and depends on your experience as a Capstan Setter/Operator.
