The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to residents while helping to create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment within the home.

Your responsibilities will include:
andbull; Supporting residents with personal care and daily living tasks
andbull; Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
andbull; Building positive relationships with residents and families
andbull; Assisting residents with mobility and mealtimes
andbull; Supporting activities and social engagement
andbull; Maintaining accurate care records
andbull; Working closely with the wider care team to deliver person-centred care

About You

andbull; Previous experience within a care home or healthcare setting is desirable
andbull; Experience supporting elderly residents and/or dementia care is beneficial
andbull; A caring, compassionate, and patient nature
andbull; Good communication and teamwork skills
andbull; A positive and proactive attitude
andbull; A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care
