We are recruiting a full time Care Coordinator to support the delivery of high quality, person centred care across two established and growing home care services in South Wales.

This is a key role within the office team, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient scheduling while supporting carers and maintaining exceptional service standards for clients and their families.

This is a key role within the office team, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient scheduling while supporting carers and maintaining exceptional service standards for clients and their families.

The Role
- Create and manage weekly staff rotas across two territories
- Ensure all care visits are covered safely and efficiently
- Respond to last minute changes including sickness and emergency cover
- Support recruitment, onboarding and introductions of new care professionals
- Liaise with clients and families regarding care arrangements
- Participate in the on call rota
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with the Registered Manager to support branch growth and quality
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Scheduler or Senior within domiciliary care
- Strong understanding of rota management and workforce planning
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- Confident communicator, able to manage competing priorities calmly
- IT confident with scheduling systems
- Full UK driving licence
- Salary between andpound;26,000 and andpound;28,000 depending on experience
