We are recruiting a full time Care Coordinator to support the delivery of high quality, person centred care across two established and growing home care services in South Wales.

This is a key role within the office team, responsible for ensuring safe, efficient scheduling while supporting carers and maintaining exceptional service standards for clients and their families.

The Role

• Create and manage weekly staff rotas across two territories
• Ensure all care visits are covered safely and efficiently
• Respond to last minute changes including sickness and emergency cover
• Support recruitment, onboarding and introductions of new care professionals
• Liaise with clients and families regarding care arrangements
• Participate in the on call rota
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Work closely with the Registered Manager to support branch growth and quality

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Scheduler or Senior within domiciliary care
• Strong understanding of rota management and workforce planning
• Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
• Confident communicator, able to manage competing priorities calmly
• IT confident with scheduling systems
• Full UK driving licence
