The Role

No formal care experience is needed. Your compassion, reliability, and openness to learning are what truly matter. With full training and ongoing support, you will have everything you need to thrive and make a real difference.

You will offer practical support and warm companionship to older adults who wish to remain independent at home.

Shift Patterns
Home Instead aims to be as flexible as possible.

andbull; Morning shifts: 07:00 to 15:00
andbull; Evening shifts: 17:00 to 22:00
andbull; Every other weekend required
andbull; Full-time and part-time hours available

What Youandrsquo;ll Do
Your visits will never be rushed. Youandrsquo;ll have the time to deliver care properly and build genuine, meaningful connections.

You will:
andbull; Provide personal care with dignity and warmth
andbull; Offer companionship and emotional support
andbull; Help with meal preparation and light household tasks
andbull; Accompany clients to appointments, shops, or social activities
andbull; Create a safe, reassuring, and positive home environment
