We are currently working on behalf of a Housing Association. My client is currently looking for an experienced Carpenter / Trade Operative to carry out day to day repairs and maintenance within South Oxfordshire and surrounding areas.

This is an opportunity to join a growing in-house maintenance team with strong training, development and progression opportunities.

Duties will include:

• Carpentry repairs including doors, internal joinery and general woodwork
• Repairs to UPVC doors, windows and locks
• Kitchen repair works including worktops and joinery
• High level carpentry and structural repairs where required
• Responsive repairs on occupied and void properties
• Diagnosing faults and completing first time fix repairs where possible
• Using mobile systems to record and complete job information
• Supporting larger works when required
