CRG is recruiting on behalf of a leading London-based main contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishment. Our client delivers bespoke renovation projects across prime Central London, including luxury townhouses, listed buildings, high-value apartments and penthouses.

They are seeking an experienced Carpenter with a proven background in prime / super-prime residential refurbishments to join their team on ongoing projects.

This role will suit a carpenter who is confident working to exacting standards, understands the expectations of high-net-worth clients, and takes pride in delivering exceptional finishes.

The Role:

• Carrying out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry on high-spec residential refurbishments

• Installation of bespoke joinery, doorsets, flooring, wall panelling, cabinetry and detailed finishing works

• Working from technical drawings and specifications

• Collaborating with site management and other trades to ensure programme and quality standards are met

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience on high-end / luxury residential refurbishment projects (essential)

• Strong 1st and 2nd fix carpentry background

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry andamp; Joinery (or equivalent)

• Valid CSCS Card (Blue or Gold preferred)

• Own tools and full PPE

• Excellent attention to detail and a high-quality finish

• Professional attitude and ability to work within occupied or client-sensitive environments
