Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Teacher to join a specialist all-age SEN setting in the Stratford-upon-Avon area. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a KS3 class of 7 pupils, providing high-quality teaching and personalised support within a nurturing and highly supportive environment.

Job requirements:
andbull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
andbull; Experience teaching KS3 pupils
andbull; Experience supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH needs desirable
andbull; Ability to plan and deliver highly differentiated lessons
andbull; Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
andbull; Patient, adaptable and resilient approach
andbull; Enhanced Child andamp; Adult DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Role responsibilities:
andbull; Teach and lead a KS3 class of 7 pupils
andbull; Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
andbull; Support pupilsandrsquo; academic, emotional and social development
andbull; Work closely with teaching assistants and SEND professionals
andbull; Monitor progress and adapt learning strategies accordingly
andbull; Maintain a calm, positive and structured classroom environment
andbull; Work collaboratively with families and external professionals
