Hours: Full time
Salary: andpound;30,000 per annum

Duties of a Client Services Executive:
andbull; Process client and intermediary requests accurately using internal systems
andbull; Support new business administration, including onboarding new clients and processing changes to existing accounts
andbull; Handle queries via phone, email and post, providing a high level of customer service at all times
andbull; Maintain and update client records, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
andbull; Manage incoming post, scanning and distributing to relevant teams
andbull; Support with processing withdrawals, claims and returned mail
andbull; Monitor and manage shared mailboxes, responding within agreed service levels
andbull; Assist with payment processing, including direct debit and credit submissions
andbull; Produce reports and provide administrative support to the wider team
andbull; Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting, to gather required information
andbull; Ensure all processes are followed in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements
andbull; Support the wider business with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we would like from you:
andbull; Previous experience within an administrative or customer service role
andbull; Confident handling customer queries via telephone and email
andbull; Strong attention to detail and accuracy
andbull; Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
andbull; A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
andbull; Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
andbull; Willingness to learn and develop within the role
