Hours:andnbsp;3 days per week - 9am until 5pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) andndash; additional days may be required at peak periods and/or business needs but will be agreed mutually in advance.
Salary;andnbsp;andpound;24,000 full-time equivalent based on full time hours of only 35 hour week.

Role purpose:andnbsp;An exciting new opportunity has arisen,andnbsp;and the role will be in the Client Servicing team providing admin support to the businessand#39;s Financial Advisers and wider business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
andmiddot;Prep of meeting packs (new and review)
andmiddot;Completing client change requests in contributions/bank details/addressandrsquo;s
andmiddot;Diary Management
andmiddot;Appointment booking via telephone and email
andmiddot;Review and overdue meeting management
andmiddot;Adding leads and prospects to the system
andmiddot;Withdrawals andndash; taking client instruction and completing security checks
andmiddot;Online access registering
andmiddot;Pre population of client information in various key documents
andmiddot;ID andamp; anti-money laundering checks
andmiddot;Logging documentation on an internal server
andmiddot;Client meeting reminders
andmiddot;Preparation of welcome packs/sending
andmiddot;Certifying docs
andmiddot;Policy services request for information
andmiddot;Calling third-party providers for information
andmiddot;Scanning and processing incoming post
andmiddot;Answering of incoming office calls
andmiddot;Supporting with any broader general office support
andmiddot;Supporting with client generic queries
