The Role

You will be responsible for setting and operating CNC lathes to produce high-quality precision components, working from engineering drawings with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting and operating CNC turning machines
• Producing components to tight tolerances
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Carrying out in-process inspection using standard measuring equipment
• Managing your own workload and ensuring production deadlines are met
• Maintaining a high standard of quality and housekeeping
