CNC Turner / Setter / Operator - Devizes
Salary: -35-40K DOE including allowance | Permanent | 39 hrs/week

Join a market-leading engineering company with over 80 years' experience and a global client base! We are looking for a skilled CNC Turner to operate lathes and produce high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC lathes (Doosan andamp; Alpha) with Fanuc controls.
• Produce precision components to drawing specifications.
• Complete all documentation and update ERP systems.
• Perform daily machine checks and report any issues.
• Support lean manufacturing practices and maintain a safe, clean workspace.

Requirements:

• Experience as a CNC Turner / CNC Machinist in a high-precision environment.
• Knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain CNC controls preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn unique EDM processes (training provided).

Shifts:

• Training: Day shift Mon-Fri
• Post-training: Rotating double day shifts:
• Earlies: 6:00-14:30 Mon-Thu, 6:00-11:00 Fri
• Lates: 14:30-23:00 Mon-Thu, 11:00-16:00 Fri
