Our client are UK leaders within debt resolution. They are a close-knit, friendly business whereandnbsp;youandrsquo;reandnbsp;not just a number! You will be working with a team to deliver exceptional customer service to their customers who are in arrears with their utility bills. You will be working closely with customers to help them resolve their utility debt by walking them through their options with empathy and understanding. This is in inbound and outbound customer operative role where you will be customer facing, helping toandnbsp;assistandnbsp;their clients and their customers to find the right solution to manage their outstanding utility bills and arrears. You will alsoandnbsp;assistandnbsp;ourandnbsp;clientsandnbsp;agents in the field set up and agree payment plans and process payments from customers.andnbsp;

Skills andamp; Experience:andnbsp;

  • If you have worked within credit control, call centres,andnbsp;telesalesandnbsp;or cold calling then we want to hear from youandnbsp;
  • You must be organised and be able to prioritise workloadsandnbsp;
  • Itandrsquo;sandnbsp;important that you can express empathy with customers whilst also being able to lead the conversation to get the debt resolvedandnbsp;
  • You must be resilient and be tenaciousandnbsp;
  • Provenandnbsp;track recordandnbsp;of working towards targets ad achieving themandnbsp;

  • No CCJandrsquo;s, IVAandrsquo;s or bankruptciesandnbsp;
  • Must be willing to undergo a DBS checkandnbsp;
  • Hours are Monday andndash; Fridayandnbsp;
  • 8.00am- 4.30pmandnbsp;
  • 9:00am to 5.30pmandnbsp;
  • 9.30am to 6.00pmandnbsp;
  • These are on a rotating shift patternandnbsp;
  • This role is in the office full timeandnbsp;
