We have a fantastic opening for a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer to join our dynamic team. as a Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and development of leading pub and restaurant chain contracts, on sites throughout the southwest. andnbsp;andnbsp;
Responsibilities:
- Conducting breakdown, service, and maintenance works on a diverse range of commercial and domestic heating andamp; hot water generating systems.
- Undertaking minor installations of HVAC systems, fault-finding, and carrying out remedial works.
- Performing planned preventative maintenance on an assortment of gas appliances, heating systems, and hot/cold water systems.
- Diagnosing faults in gas boilers, heating systems, hot/cold water systems, and executing necessary remedial repairs.
- Responding to emergency gas leaks promptly and ensuring safety measures are implemented as required.
- Essential Gas Certifications: CCN1, CENWAT, COCN1, CODNCO1, ICPN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, TPCP1a.
- OFTEC accreditation (OFT10-101, OFT10-105E, OFT10-600a) would be advantageous, though not essential.
- City andamp; Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in a relevant Mechanical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Recognized Health andamp; Safety training.
- Ability to pass DBS/Police background checks for access to sensitive sites (possibly a future requirement).
