The Commercial Maintenance Engineerandnbsp;will:

• Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties.
• Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and system upgrades.
• Work in full compliance with BS 7671 and all relevant electrical safety standards.
• Provide a highand#8209;quality, customerand#8209;focused service to residents.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation for all completed work.
• Ensure safe working practices and adherence to health andamp; safety procedures at all times.

The Commercial Maintenance Engineerandnbsp;will have:

• City andamp; Guilds Level 2 / Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (essential).
• Experience in domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing, preferably within social housing.
• AM2 qualification.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• A professional, reliable approach with strong faultand#8209;finding and customerand#8209;service skills.
