The Commercial Maintenance Engineerandnbsp;will:
- Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties.
- Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and system upgrades.
- Work in full compliance with BS 7671 and all relevant electrical safety standards.
- Provide a highand#8209;quality, customerand#8209;focused service to residents.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation for all completed work.
- Ensure safe working practices and adherence to health andamp; safety procedures at all times.
The Commercial Maintenance Engineerandnbsp;will have:
- City andamp; Guilds Level 2 / Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (essential).
- Experience in domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing, preferably within social housing.
- AM2 qualification.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- A professional, reliable approach with strong faultand#8209;finding and customerand#8209;service skills.
