Job Title: Commercial Plumber
Location: Multiple sites across Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire andamp; Northamptonshire
Hours: 8:00am andndash; 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pay: Up to andpound;16-24/hour depending on experience

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Plumber to support the Mechanical and Facilities teams across a range of commercial and industrial installations.
This hands-on Commercial Plumber role includes installation work, reactive callouts and planned preventative maintenance. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring full compliance with current regulations and legislation.

The successful Commercial Plumber will work independently and as part of a wider team, supporting projects, completing testing and certification, and mentoring apprentices where required.

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing
- As a Commercial Plumber, your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out plumbing and heating installations
- Undertaking fault finding, remedial repairs and refurbishment works
- Completing PPM maintenance across commercial sites
- Inspecting, testing and certifying new and existing installations
- Working to current gas, plumbing and heating regulations
- Completing accurate job documentation (electronic and paper-based)
- Supporting apprentices and assisting other trades when required
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For
- City andamp; Guilds NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing andamp; Heating
- Commercial Gas qualification (essential for senior level)
- Proven commercial or industrial experience
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Minimum 2andndash;5 years post-qualification experience
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Own hand tools and battery tools
- Professional, reliable and well-organised approach
